TRIBALOSOPHY

AYANA

"AYANA" is a inward journey through experiences.
When we were child we are curios about everything around us and we were asking questions about everything around us, as we grow up we forgot to ask questions our-self and start learning, studying through various instruments we forgot our own senses to know rather than the study materials.
Ayana in Sanskrit called inward journey which through the sensory experiences organized by tribalosophy. As the word itself make us give a little meaning philosophy of the tribe. Every ancient culture in the world there were people lived connected with the nature and communicate with the nature through sensory experiences. In the civilized society some how we also live in a kind of forest which is our mind and our tribe is our own consciousness covered with the thoughts which is the animals.
There are few part of the planet still exist this ancient culture and of course Africa one of the oldest civilization exist in the planet.

Ayana,  is structured in several stages.
Each stage of the journey is conducted and led by Dr. Shajeer, a graduate in Psychology and an expert in the ancient tribal philosophies Aadhi Manushayan. A unique path in which the scientific method blends with the ancestral knowledge of the indigenous tribes of southern India.
He has created this innovative and effective program of knowledge and personal growth.

Path
The alchemy of our body is connected to the alchemy of our mind, the latter depends on the perceptions we have in the different situations of life. Perceptions are often conditioned by our past experiences and the judgment we have given them. Being able to have a neutral attitude, without judgment, towards perceptions is the basis of our internal balance and our personal growth. Ayana is a way to embark on a journey to discover oneself and one's potential. The following are the steps included in the program.

FIRST STEP
Develop our perceptual potential through sensory experience. Three days of sensory observations in nature, which will be performed respecting the silence, to allow each traveler to connect with greater awareness to listening to their perceptions. There are 5 sensory exploration moments during which we will not only experience our perceptive abilities, but we will discover that we have at our disposal a very useful tool for managing the different situations in life.

1- Hearing, the sense of research. Normally we only listen to what interests us or captures our attention, completely ignoring everything that surrounds us. This attitude can limit our sensitivity and openness to research. Through an effective stimulation of our auditory power we learn to listen to what exists beyond our mind.
2- View, the sense of desire. Our eyes are attracted above all by what we like or what we want. This greatly influences our ability to observe. Through specific visual investigations we can expand our power of observation to understand the importance of communication through the eyes.
3 - Tatto, the sense of trust. Through the skin the body expresses its own security with respect to something that touches us or that we touch. Recognizing the degree of trust we feel at every touch is the first step in learning to manage and transform our emotions related to safety.
4- Smell, the sense of the present. The smells we feel affect our current mood. Recognizing, through sensory experiences, how the sense of smell can influence our present is the first step towards a conscious management of these external influences.
5 - Taste, the sense of need. Also the taste is a sense that can influence the mood of the moment, but unlike the sense of smell we can control it according to our needs. We learn to balance our mood through the tastes of the food we eat. We will conclude the first step with a shared analysis of the results collected during sensory experiences. We will recognize our senses as tools of knowledge and management of our own Being.

 SECOND STAGE

Recognize the distance that exists between our being and our expressive abilities. Many factors in life condition the way we manage and express our emotions. This can lead to excessive emotional control by creating resistance or limits in one's expressive and communicative abilities. Over time, this creates a distance between our being and our way of expressing it. Recognizing this distance is the first step towards a more precise and natural expression of ourselves. We will do it through an adventurous and fun experience of recognition of our expressive qualities.

THIRD STAGE

Observe how our expressive qualities have influenced some aspects of our life so far. This step is of fundamental importance and can help us understand how it is possible to transform the situations of life that most hinder the expression of our Being. STAGE

THE FINAL

Awareness of our sensory and expressive capacities. Through an ancient ritual of purification we will open ourselves to a greater awareness of ourselves and of the tools we have available to face the different situations of life in a more natural way. We will conclude the journey with a circle of free sharing of the experiences lived along our journey.
